The Maxxair Maxxfan Deluxe Vent Fan With Remote is a rooflight that measures 400x400 and comes in a smoke,white or clear colour. This fan has a built-in rain cover that protects the interior of your RV while allowing cool air to flow in. You can open and close the vent with the remote control, which eliminates the need to stretch to reach the ceiling. The fan has 10 different speeds, a thermostat, and can intake and exhaust air. You can control the Maxxfan either at the ceiling unit or by using the remote keypad. This fan can move over 900 cubic feet of air per minute and can run with the lid closed in ceiling fan mode. You can also manually open and close the vent lid by rotating the knob at the fan. The locking knob ensures that the vent lid stays fully open or closed. All mounting screws and hardware are included, and the fan draws 4.0 amps at the highest speed down to 0.2 amps on low speed. The product comes with a 2-Year Limited Warranty with a Lifetime Limited Warranty on the lid.
